What My Clients Say
-
So pleased to have met Doc Golden at Port Jervis HS. Doc was kind enough to visit our HS English classes and share her story of grit, determination, and inspiration. Doc is a breath of fresh air and someone who is a role model for others. She leads a healthy lifestyle and transfers this message to her audience through her stories. I recommend Doc to speak at your school or organization!

The six sections of freshmen whom I teach, in classes ranging from eight to twenty-five students, received such a gift when Doc came to speak to us! Her message is simple, but timely and inspiring for today’s teenagers, many of whom struggle to find their place. She lights up the classroom when she walks in, and is able to achieve that perfect balance of a commanding presence with an approachable and warm demeanor. Our Google survey shows that Doc was really able to reach the students–we look forward to having her back!

Doc spoke movingly about how she overcame profound adversity to thrive as an Ironman triathlete, using endurance sports as a metaphor for conquering challenges—athletic or otherwise. I sincerely believe Doc’s personal story will help inspire virtually any audience to work diligently toward personal goals, and motivate them to attain their full potential in all areas of life.

Doc was a major blessing to our office and staff for several years. Everyone who participated in the challenges would agree that they were fun, creative and rewarding on so many levels, not just physically. We are so grateful to have had her as our Wellness Director for 4 years.

The wellness challenges Doc had for us became one of the highlight of my experience at the office. It’s so easy to lose track of your health with work and family responsibilities so being given challenges and then being rewarded for completing them was something I looked forward to each month.
